Spud Helberg's Murder In July '71 --- The Result Of A Fatal Sword Assault Minutes Only Minutes After My Departure --- This Plus The Fact That Reputed Police Informant --- My Conclusion That The Fatal Assault On Spud Only Minutes After Leaving Him And His Girlfriend --- Plans To Join In A Band With 'Spud' Must Have Somehow Threatened Long Range Plans For Me As An 'Off The Shelf Patsy'
Partying All Night With 'Spud' Helberg & His Girl --- July 10th, 1971, On My Night Off --- Party Crashers Start A Brawl Downstairs --- Barricading 'Spud's' Door With The Bed & Furniture --- Celebratory over my high school graduation as I explain to 'Spud' & his girl Niki about my '71 stint in the L.A. County Jail --- And how all of this was related my college police science class field trip 2 days after my release --- And How these two separate events had the cumulative effect of making it appeat that I was somehow a police informant or or possibly even an undercover 'recuit'
