I have done this first page therein this fashion in order for to give the reader a kind of preview of the other pages. --- Should the reader care to follow-up on the connecting web-links and read the statements of fact and the arguments in support contained therein these documents, you will find that they refer to pages of exhibits, designated by their respective page numbers --- whereby the reader will be able to ascertain the validity of my case and the legal arguments cited therein support.
There is also an April 2009 Addendum which I have clearly marked and inserted into the document whereas the August 1989 complaint that I filed with the U.S. District Court in downtown Los Angeles didn't sufficiently detail the June 1987 firebombing in Venice, California which was intended to silence me once and for all in death --- but which inadvertantly resulted in the death of a Venice local instead who died an agonizing death some days later from the 3rd degree burns over most body thereas the result of the firebomb intended for me.
Further down on this page, I have also included copies of the blueprints to the unattached Condo Townhouse I designed in 1984 and built in an unicorporated area of L.A. County with a San Gabriel address from March 1985 to March 1986.
