As the June 1987 firebombing in Venice is connected to the 1980's real estate scam in San Gabriel --- and all of my copies of the court transcripts to the two 1988 murders trials arising out of Mr. Bratton's death have been burglarized --- I have decided to write up this April 2009 Addendum to the complaint that I filed with the U.S. 9th Circuit Court back in August 1989. --- This Addendum in red letters is as follows.

My copies of the court transcripts of the murder trials for Mr. Albino and Ms. Delafave which I got at the Santa Monica Courts back in 1989 were also burglarized --- but I did manage to get a copy of the Case Number from a clerk who says it is the one for both trials, though I doubt it. --- The State vs Albino et al. Case No. A098830.

I would also add that I testified in both trials in 1988 --- and although I wasn't subpoenaed, and one of the trials was presided over by Judge Stanley Weisburg, who when that shyster like defense attorney Levine was badgering, Judge Weisburg threatened me with contempt and brow beat at every step of the way. --- The 'fix was in' and I virtually muzzled and thereby prevented from giving any real or meaningful testimony. --- Judge Weisburg later went on to become the infamous Simi Valley trial Judge there in the 1992 acquittal of four LAPD officers who were caught on videotape, mercilessly beating Rodney King over a traffic infraction. --- The acquittals over those crimes by cops caught on videotape commiting assault and battery under color or authority --- resulted therein the L.A. riots of April 1992, and all the murder and mayhem that followed.
